| Return / Refund Policy: |
| Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately 866-310-5239 after your package arrives. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund. |

| How orders are processed: |
| All orders received in our system are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed unless otherwise specified (weekends excepted). |

| Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer. To place an advance order, specify the shipping date in the "Special Instructions" section on the checkout page. |

| Orders shipped via overnight delivery are generally shipped Monday through Thursday only. If you would like your items shipped out on Friday using overnight shipping, please specify that when placing your order. Be aware that orders shipped overnight on Friday will not reach their destination until the following Monday.
